Our 8-week Irish Dance Programme is designed specifically for adults who want to learn the basics of Irish dancing in a structured and supportive environment. It is ideal for beginners, as well as adults returning to Irish dance after time away, who want to build confidence and develop skills over a two month period.

Each programme focuses on learning the fundamentals of Irish dancing at a steady, enjoyable pace. Classes are welcoming and social, with an emphasis on having fun, staying active, and improving coordination and fitness along the way.

We tailor each programme to suit the experience levels within the group, so classes often include a mix of complete beginners and those with some previous dance experience. No prior Irish dancing background is required.
